“No Make-Up Look”

What is the  that is empowering women!

One thing you will learn about me as you read through my blogs is that I love the art of make up. I love looks that are bold colourful, and high fashion. However with age your skin changess and not for the better. As you age your skin loses its strength and elasticity. You may notice that your skin isn’t as smooth or tight as it once was. And “lines” may have started to show as early as in your 30s. When the skin becomes less elastic gravity makes eyebrows and eyelids droop, creates looseneess and fullness under the cheeks and jaw (jowls and double chin). All these factors makes it more of a challenge to apply make up.

So let’s face facts my skin isn’t what it use to be, and with the growing trend of highlighters I want to get involved. The problem being highlighters on mature skin arent always the most flattering and they can have a tendency to make you look worse not better. Trying to figure out the best highlighter for you can be a bit of a nightmare as first you need to decide what consistencies suits your skin best. So you have to decide between liquid, cream, powder, and baked powders. Baked powders for anyone who is wondering what is the difference is, it’s actually a cream that has been slowly baked in a specialist oven until they are dry.
